Tonight's #blueapron : khao soi soup with yellow curry and crispy wonton noodles. The directions were to add curry paste depending on how spicy you like. I thought, I like spicy and added it all. Too spicy. 😂😂😂
Crispy cod and spiced couscous with acorn squash and rainbow chard #blueapron . I don't think I've ever cooked chard or couscous before but I ate everything on my plate. Alan thought the texture of the couscous was weird. 😂
This was supposed to be pork meatballs in butter lettuce cups. I check the ingredients when I empty the box but this week I guess I didn't notice we got Romaine lettuce instead of butter lettuce. Also I totally didn't small dice the onion. Oops. And I basically got to eat it all. Alan doesn't like lettuce wraps. It was ok. I think I would have preferred a recipe without meatballs. #blueapron
